THE BUSINESS PROCESS OF PROFITABILITY
Businesses cannot rely on luck or chance to generate profits.
Profitability, generating profits from revenue, is the end game of a system of
interlinked business processes that must be orchestrated into a business model
targeted at achieving profit. Independently or jointly, business process and
technology process will direct the enterprise to profitability provided that
they are designed and customized to that end. Technology processes can enhance
business processes, however it can also magnify the errors of poorly planned and
executed business process reducing and sometimes eliminating profit. Global was formed to
work with its clients as consultants, planners, implementers, facilitators,
coaches and mentors in designing and integrating effective business processes to
form a closed loop system of management and controls to achieve profitability.

Within that focus, our methodology is to implement strategic business processes
linked directly to the company's Profit and Loss Statement and Balance Sheet.
When appropriate, we will also encapsulate these business processes with
effective and appropriate technology processes. The goal of our mission is to
develop, with the client, appropriate business processes to assure revenue
